Summer 2023 Update

Due to a high volume of orders, it may take up to 72 hours for you to get an email confirmation that your film was logged into our system after your package arrives. If we take time to look for your package that takes away from the time we could be working on your job. Please rely on your shipping tracking number to confirm receipt. Turn around times are generally 5 to 7 business days after the package has been logged in. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate your business!

All Pro8mm manufacturing, processing, scanning, and camera repairs are done on-site at our Burbank, CA facility. Turn around times vary by product, and are schedule and volume permitting.

If your project requires a faster service or a specific turn around time to meet a project deadline, please speak to one of our sales coordinators. The turn around times below are not guaranteed, and Pro8mm will not refund or credit for any delay, regardless of the circumstances. 

• Film is processed daily starting at 10:30AM Monday-Friday.
• Not all stocks are processed each day. Same day rushes are available for an additional charge. Please speak to a sales team member if your project requires a same day service.
• A Sprocket Order is required before we start any scan job.  
• If you are sending film to us, please make note of your ship method, tracking number and when you sent it to us. 

Average Turn Around Times by Product: 

Process and/or Scan Film to Digital: Scheduled. Approximately 5-7 business days (schedule & volume permitting.) Next Day Rush Services are available for an extra fee. Please speak to a project coordinator if you have a specific deadline. 

Rush Turn Around Time: A rush is considered an expedited process and scan (during normal business hours Monday-Friday.)  Film needs to be in by 9:30AM. If shipping your film in, please write RUSH on the outside of the package so we can clearly identify it when it comes in. Film will be processed first, then go directly to scanning. Depending on size of job, film may not be available until next day, if files need to download overnight or if film is received after the 9:30AM cut-off. Please speak to your project coordinator about any rush needs. Rushes are at an added cost of $250 per film type. 

Custom Processing: Pushes and Pulls or any custom processing will take 7-10 business days. (schedule & volume permitting.) 

Super 8 Film Kit Process and Transfer: Un-Scheduled. 2-4 weeks (upon receipt; ships First Class Mail and can take a while for delivery)

Scan Film to Digital: Scheduled. Approximately 5-7 business days. (schedule & volume permitting.)

Scan Film to Digital Home Movie Legacy Discount: Un-Scheduled. 4-8 weeks (volume permitting.)

Camera Evaluations: 2-3 weeks. Schedule permitting.

Camera Repairs & New Builds: 4-6 weeks.  Schedule permitting.
